Service-Based Refund Policy
All services offered on esowolf.in are non-tangible, customised, and initiated based on client requirements. Due to the nature of digital and professional services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:
- Once a service has been started, initiated, or delivered — it is non-refundable
- Payments made for consultation, onboarding, setup, digital services, or marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incomplete information, lack of response, or changes requested by the client
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The service has not yet been started
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of payment
- No resources, tools, or workforce have been allocated to the project
Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of esowolf.in after internal review. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your refund request:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund request
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item)
Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Digital marketing services
- E-commerce setup or onboarding services
- Website development or customisation work
- Advertising management services
- Consultation or strategy sessions
- Subscription or recurring service fees once activated
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service before work begins.
If approved, any applicable refund (if eligible) will be processed after deducting administrative or transaction charges incurred on our end.
To request cancellation, contact us at support@esowolf.in as early as possible. Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
